Adapting to Rapid Global Change: Applied Skills and Methods for Global Development Practice

This session will offer students a practice-oriented look at global development, with a focus on the intersections of climate change, gender equity, and global policy. Dr. de Haan will offer insight into what day-to-day work in the field looks like, real-world challenges faced on the ground, and how those working in the sector are adapting to rapid global changes. Through this lecture, students will gain valuable insights into how to prepare for careers in global development.
