Guest Experience Volunteer
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact: Greet guests when they arrive to CPA performance and events
Respond promptly to questions: Answer guest inquires and direct them to resources 
Provide clear directions: Help guests navigate to entrances, seating areas, and other key locations
Be a warm welcome: Help guests feel comfortable by providing support and addressing any immediate needs
Requirements:
Passion for service and community building 
Positive attitude and strong customer service skills 
Must be at least 18 years old 
Ability to work 2 shifts every 6 months to remain in active volunteer status 
Attendance at a mandatory Usher & Volunteer Orientation
