Position: Child First Therapist (Raleigh Area)Role Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child First Therapist based in the Raleigh area (serving Wake or surrounding counties) to join our Community-Based Family Services team. This clinician will deliver home-based, trauma-focused therapeutic interventions for children (prenatal through ~5½ years) and their caregivers, support caregiver–child relationships, and help families access needed resources and supports.Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based child and caregiver interventions in home settings. Monitor and reduce family stress, support family resilience, and promote child stability. Coordinate with community resources (early intervention, pediatric providers, social services, etc.). Maintain clinical documentation and fidelity to the Child First model. Participate in supervision, training, and collaborative team planning. Travel to family homes in the assigned service area. Required Educational/Experimental Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited program with a Master’s degree in a human services or related field and two years of progressive substance abuse and/or mental health counseling experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
