Developing Investors Program

Fidelity’s Developing Investors Program is an opportunity for first-year college students to explore careers in Asset Management, with a focus on building connections with students from under resourced communities. Through a series of four individual, one-hour webinars held in March and April,participants will: Build resume-ready skills that set the foundation for a career in investmentmanagement Network with industry professionals and peers who share your ambition Gain insider exposure to asset management through interactive sessionsfeaturing deep dives into our asset classes: Equity Research, Fixed Income,High Income/Direct Lending, and Strategic Advisers, Inc. Students who complete the program may be invited to an exclusive immersion day at our Boston headquarters, with the chance to interview for a summer 2027 Asset Management internship at Fidelity Investments Applications close on February 22 at 11:59 PM EST.
