Join us for the Durham VA Beautification Project on Saturday, November 15th, 2025. Volunteers will spend the day cleaning up the Durham VA exterior, complete some light gardening, and pulling of weeds under the direction of the lead Gardner. This is an excellent opportunity for UNC Vets and Military-Affiliated Students to give back and provide service for the Veteran Community. Students will need to complete Volunteer forms, criminal background check, and agree to follow directions of the assigned VA Staff member. Register on Heel Life as soon as possible, forms are due to VA by October 15th. Once you have registered on Heel Life , a MVSS staff member will send the VA Volunteer forms for you to complete.
