Our two-week M&A Boot Camp Program, held May 5-16 in the Harris Williams Richmond office, is designed for rising seniors to simulate the fast-paced and challenging analyst role. You will experience a deep dive into the world of M&A and gain exposure to client-related work and meetings. All Boot Camp participants are eligible to receive full-time offers to join Harris Williams upon graduation
Due to the dates of the program, Boot Camp allows you to do two internships in one summer (one at Harris Williams and one elsewhere). Please note you are only eligible for Boot Camp 2025 if you will graduate in December 2025/May 2026!
We will hold on-campus interviews for Boot Camp in October.
