New Graduate Nurse Weekend Event

Opportunity Overview
Starting base pay rate at $33.00/hr; Up to $30K in Commitment Incentive 
The New Graduate Nurse Residency Program provides an extensive orientation to the roles and responsibilities associate with professional practice. This process is a 12 month clinical program. 
As a Nurse Resident, you will:  
-Be a part of a cohort of other new graduate nurses
-Work side by side with a dedicated clinical coach throughout your orientation
-Participate in simulation laboratory experiences 
-Be mentored by a nurse educator 
-Complete rotation with other key health care professionals in several units
-And, much more! 
Minimum Requirements
Diploma in Nursing, Associates in Nursing (ADN) or higher is required.
0 – 6 months experience is required.
Current NC RN license or licensure to practice in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state Health Care Provider is required.
American Heart Associate Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
