To stay informed of upcoming recruiting events, we invite undergraduate and non-MBA master’s students to complete our Connect with McKinsey form before January 28th, 2026. The Connect with McKinsey program is designed to help students across North America create early connections with our colleagues and learn more about our recruiting process for full-time and internship roles starting in 2027. Being a part of Connect with McKinsey will allow us to better understand your background and the locations, practices, and type of work you are most interested in.Connect with McKinsey participants will receive invitations to recruiting events, newsletters with recruiting resources, and the launch of our application and deadline dates. Although students are asked to submit their resumes to sign up, the Connect with McKinsey program is not a job application.  Resumes will be used to share recruiting resources and programming that align with your interests and experience.
