Spring Off-Campus Housing Fair

Join Off Campus Student Life for the Spring Off Campus Housing Fair, where students can connect directly with local property managers and housing providers to explore off campus living options in the Chapel Hill and surrounding areas.
This event is designed to help students learn about leasing timelines, pricing, amenities, roommate options, and what to look for when choosing a place to live. Representatives from a wide range of properties will be on site to answer questions, share availability, and provide resources to help students find their next “home away from home.”
Free food, refreshments, and giveaways will be available while supplies last.
