Interested in becoming more involved in the biology department? Beta Beta Beta (otherwise known as TriBeta) is a nationally recognized biology honor society dedicated to improving the understanding and appreciation of biological study and extending boundaries of human knowledge through scientific research and outreach. Tau Iota is UNC’s chapter. Our mission is to enrich the experience of all students interested in Biology at UNC by connecting them with other students who love biology, providing them with opportunities for career exploration and professional development, engaging them in service, and helping them to get involved with the Biology department. Our event week is from January 26th – 30th, and to qualify for an application, you must attend at least 2 events during event week.
