The winner of RippleMatch’s 2025 Pathfinder Award\, this program is a dynamic\, virtual experience designed to equip college freshmen with valuable professional skills and to introduce them to the world of consulting and Oliver Wyman. Who is eligible to participate?This program is available to current college freshmen who have started their undergraduate degree at a U.S. or Canadian institution – Class of 2029 ONLY. All majors are welcome!  What to Expect:Our program unfolds in three engaging phases over the course of several months outlined below:  Phase 1 (March): Introduction to Consulting and Oliver Wyman Discover the fundamentals of consulting and get acquainted with our firm.
