Despite these changes\, many traditional cybersecurity best practices are still extremely effective. We’ll discuss how these agents can be attacked and practical steps for defending against these attacks. Megan HinelineAs a People Data Analyst\, I spend my time turning messy HR data into reliable insights that help leaders make better decisions about their teams. I will walk through how I partner with stakeholders to sharpen their questions\, validate and automate the ETL behind the scenes\, and design repeatable reporting that tells a clear story. I will also share the challenges of balancing data quality with speed\, and what it looks like to be a translator between technical data work and real people decisions.Israel Silva Dias Driving into the void – designing machines for markets that don’t exist. Supplier scarcity\, cost fluctuations\, long development cycles\, lead times\, regulatory changes\, geopolitics\, and most of all\, near-weekly revolutions in software requirements – how to drive a hardware programme in a fast-changing environment?
