SUMMARY:McKinsey Unpacked
DESCRIPTION:In our next McKinsey Unpacked session\, Adam Sabow and Lucy Pérez will explore the connection between women’s health and economic mobility and why it’s becoming one of the most important\, and overlooked\, issues in global health. This conversation will look at a challenge that extends far beyond healthcare. When women spend more of their lives in poor health\, the effects show up everywhere: in careers\, productivity\, economies…Adam will bring perspective from McKinsey’s work across public health\, social sector\, and government institutions. Lucy will share insights from her work leading the McKinsey Health Institute\, including what the women’s health gap reveals about how care is delivered\, where investment has lagged\, and why closing that gap could unlock healthier lives and stronger economies.Along the way\, we’ll also explore a more personal question: how do you build a career around issues that matter deeply to you? From defining moments to practical skill building\, this session will offer a look at how purpose and professional growth can reinforce each other—and what it looks like to turn conviction into impact. The session will be held on 20 May 2026.
