DESCRIPTION:Level Equity Information Session – Learn About Growth Equity & Our Summer Internship ProgramLevel Equity is excited to meet first-year\, sophomore\, and junior students at Columbia who are interested in learning more about growth equity and our summer internship opportunities. Founded in 2009\, Level Equity is a growth equity firm that invests in rapidly growing software and technology-enabled businesses. Since our founding\, we’ve completed 125+ investments\, achieved 60+ liquidity events\, and currently support 70+ active portfolio companies. Our team of 50+ professionals\, based in New York and Greenwich\, includes a dedicated Portfolio Operations team that works alongside our companies to help them scale across functions like sales\, finance\, HR\, and technology.One of the ways Level Equity differentiates itself is through our direct sourcing model. Our outbound team has screened more than 60\,000 companies\, and the majority of our investments have been sourced directly through this proactive approach rather than through banks or intermediaries. By combining targeted outreach with a sophisticated technical stack\, we identify high-potential companies early and build relationships with founders long before they come to market.During this session\, we’ll share more about how we evaluate and structure investments\, how we partner with founders to help companies scale\, and what it’s like to work at Level Equity. Students will also learn about our summer internship program\, which is designed for students between their junior and senior year of college. The 2027 Summer Analyst Program application will open in May on Greenhouse and is open to students graduating in December 2027 or May 2028.
